The Oak Rooms is without doubt the hub of the hotel being a small but very attractive bar-restaurant with an intimate welcoming atmosphere that is cosy yet full of life, serving an eclectic range of delicacies and drinks. Energy levels are always high, driven by conversation, community and contentment.
Our chefs will be happy to make you anything from a sandwich to fillet steak, fish & chips to Barbarie duck; our menu is a favourite with guests and locals alike and will not disappoint. Fresh and tasty local produce, served in a relaxed restaurant with the focus on fine food without the fuss. The Oak Rooms is open to the general public.
The restaurant can be very busy and it is recommended to book your table well in advance. The kitchen is open from 12 noon until 10.00 p.m. (last food orders).
